If you wish to appeal a final decision on programme approval made by the NMC, please contact them at QATeam@nmc-uk.org. Your correspondence will then passed on to the NMC’s Corporate Legal Services for further consideration.

Complaints Procedure

The NMC response to concerns and handling complaints about the QA delivery partner Mott MacDonald can be found in the QA Handbook (Section 10 paragraph 351-354).
