QA Hub - User Guide for Visitors: This document provides a step by step guide for programme approval and guidance on completing the programme approval report for both registrant and lay visitors.
NMC QA Portal (for academic years pre 2018/19 Academic Year)
The QA Portal, which was utilised to support QA processes pre 2018/19 academic year, can be accessed here: https://nmcoms.mottmac.com/
We manage the QA for programmes where the standards have yet to be updated.
Please note: The QA Hub has largely replaced the QA Portal due to the implementation of the new QA Framework (September 2018). The QA Portal will remain open until the QA Hub is fully phased in. AEIs should NOT use this portal for submitting Event Request Forms.
Exceptionally report a risk
Approved education institutions (AEIs) should exceptionally report on any risks to the student learning environment that may affect compliance with our education standards. Please refer to the NMC's Exceptionally report a risk guidance for further information on:
- When to report a risk;
- Make an exceptional report (a template is provided on the NMC website via the link above); and
- What the NMC will do next.
